Cement

Cement

It is a substance that is applied to the surface of solid objects to firmly stick them together, or to be more precise, it is a powdery substance that becomes soft and pasty after mixing with water (which hardens after drying) and for sticking Stones, bricks, blocks, etc. are used in construction.

To produce cement, calcium carbonate limestone and other materials that contain appropriate proportions of materials containing oxides of calcium, silicon, aluminum, and iron are crushed and ground to become a raw flour-like powder. These materials are heated in a furnace or kiln (Kiln), so that first calcium carbonate decomposes to calcium oxide by releasing carbon dioxide, and then calcium oxide reacts with other components to form calcium silicates and aluminates, which are heated at scorching temperatures up to 1450 degree Celsius they melt to some extent. The reaction products come out of the furnace in the form of dark pellets called clinker. The clinker is finally ground with a small proportion of gypsum (to control the rate of hydration) and a fine product called cement is obtained.

Cement packaging methods include bulk, jumbo bag, bag, bag in jumbo bag and bag on pallet.
